Words with capitalized initial letters shall have meanings defined under the following conditions and apply equally to singular and plural forms.
For the purposes of this Return & Refund Policy:
Application means the Astroja mobile application downloaded on any electronic device.
Company (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) refers to Astroja.
Goods refer to physical items, if any, offered for sale through the Service.
Digital Services refer to astrology consultations, reports, subscriptions, live calls, chats, video sessions, and in-app purchases.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods or Services.
Service refers to the Astroja website and mobile applications.
You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
To comply with Google Play and Apple App Store policies:
All digital services, including:
Astrology consultations
Chat, call, or video sessions
Horoscope reports
Subscription plans
In-app purchases
are NON-REFUNDABLE once the service is delivered, activated, or accessed.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are only considered in the following cases:
Duplicate payment due to a technical error
Service not delivered due to a verified system issue from Astroja’s side
Refund eligibility for in-app purchases is also governed by Google Play Store or Apple App Store refund policies, and users may need to request refunds directly through their respective app store.
If Astroja offers physical products, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Goods without providing any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the date of delivery, or the date a third party (other than the carrier) receives the Goods on your behalf.
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed within 14 days
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
No additional processing fees will be charged by Astroja
Returned Goods must:
Be purchased within the last 14 days
Be unused and in original packaging
Returns are not accepted for:
Personalized or customized items
Perishable or expired items
Unsealed goods for hygiene or health reasons
Items damaged due to misuse
Digital services or downloadable content
Astroja reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Products or services purchased during sales, offers, or promotions are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping. Refunds cannot be processed without receipt of the returned Goods or valid delivery proof.
If the product was marked as a gift, a gift credit may be issued after successful return
If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser
Refunds for Android apps follow Google Play’s refund policies
Refunds for iOS apps follow Apple App Store refund policies
Astroja does not control store-level refund decisions
